I'm Anne-Julie Vallée. I live in Québec city, Canada. I'm an artist & a Design Thinking facilitator. I'm passionate about neurodiversity & equity-diversity-inclusion-belonging practices.

Though I operate in the world of "innovation" as a Design Thinking consultant, my background is in arts & culture. I noticed that "innovation" is (too) often equated with the world of business & tech. I think it's a lazy intellectual shortcut and it's a perception that lacks curiosity. I was annoyed that tremendous innovative people, not from the tech or biz world, whose practice actually change the world for the better, go unnoticed. Though I knew nothing about podcasting 10 months ago, I decided to be part of the solution and created Innov&Crea to put the spotlight on their work!

Innov&Crea celebrates creative diversity in innovation. Because I'm French-Canadian, it was important to me that my podcast be bilingual, and so it is! I feature French & English speaking guests from all over the World! I'm proud to celebrate its 9th month of existence!
