We are called Rotten Melons: when your boobs do you wrong. Meredith and Deanna are both nurses and breast cancer survivors in the Pacific Northwest. After our diagnosis and treatment, we realized there is so much that no one talks about in relation to breast cancer. So we try to bridge the gap between the medical world and the patient world by having real talk with each other! Nothing is off topic. No one should feel alone going through cancer treatment!

We are both breast cancer survivors, and nurses, and we wanted anyone going through treatment or after treatment to know they aren't alone. We talk about EVERYTHING, nothing is off topic. We keep it real, informative and funny. Because if you can't laugh you will cry, right?

It basically does all the producing for us. It records, we can edit with Alitu, interview remotely any guest and then it sends it to Buzzsprout. It is so seamless and easy. For two nurses who have no technical training, it really is the only reason we are able to podcast.
