What made you start your podcast?

We started the Soft Skills Salon podcast to create an engaging and informative platform for people to learn about soft skills. We wanted a diverse group of national and international voices, both novices and experts, to contribute to the ongoing conversation about how soft skills are valuable on the job and can be continuously developed. Our guests share personal experiences and insights on how soft skills have positively impacted their work and communication within their organization and bring real-life perspectives and strategies of soft skills into action.
