The Warrior Artist

Daunted by the tech side and with very little time, Alitu made the editing easy and intuitive so Eadaoin could focus on creating, and most importantly starting.
Eadaoin (pronounced Aid-EEN) Glynn is a self-taught abstract artist based in Ireland. At 17 she tossed a coin and DIDN'T go to art school only returning to it decades later. She shares inspirational stories about moving from a non-creative life to a creative one. If you dream of becoming an artist - it's not too late! If she can do it so can you!
I shared a lot of my story of moving from a non-creative life to a creative one on Instagram and I often get feedback about how this helped and inspired others. I knew then that I wasn't the only one who struggled with being a self-taught artist and that my story and what I learnt could help others. I love listening to podcasts and I knew this would be the perfect way to share what I've learnt.
I had the idea of this podcast for about 2 years - about how brave it is to move from a non-creative life to a creative one. I spent lots of time thinking, researching, writing and procrastinating! I was daunted by the tech side, hosting, equipment etc. I listened to PodCraft and asked some others what they did. When I settled on the name - the warrior artist - I knew that I would be gutted if someone else had the same idea and went ahead and did it! I finally decided to commit and invest in Alitu over the Christmas holidays. I figured, like everything else I've done on my creative journey, I would learn by doing.
I don't have the time to be perfect. Good enough has to be enough. I trust that I'll get better as I go. So I recorded and uploaded and pressed publish. Here I go! I've launched a podcast!
I was so daunted by the tech side and have very little time to do this podcast. Alitu made the editing so easy and intuitive.
